Trisha was awesome. She found the exact car I was looking for. My only complaint is with the washing of the car prior to pick up. There was sticky residue on the door handles and trim, and the inside windows (and rear view mirror) have smudges, streaks, and water marks.

The overall experience was very nice and no pressure. Our first visit to the dealership was to look at a model that was not available and in limited production. The salesperson asked about the features and what we were looking for and suggested an alternative model that met our expectations and WAS LESS MONEY. Took a test drive. Two days later returned for a second test drive, still no pressure from sales. Went home to discuss and made a decision to purchase.
